The space The apartment is spacious with a large, comfortable patio and generously sized living spaces. There is a fully stocked kitchen along with a living and dining room. Two bedrooms with ample storage space. One larger bathroom with a shower, two sinks and one smaller bathroom with a shower and a single sink. There is a washing machine in the larger bathroom. Guest access Guests enjoy exclusive use of the Veranda apartment and its expansive private terrace, along with shared access to Villa Rosina’s beautifully landscaped gardens, private lakeside dock, swimming area, and waterfront. These shared areas are reserved exclusively for guests staying at Villa Rosina. One private parking space is included with your stay. Because parking is limited, we ask guests to plan for one vehicle per apartment. Additional public parking can sometimes be found nearby, but availability cannot be guaranteed. Spend the day exploring charming villages by ferry, walking Nesso’s ancient stone pathways, swimming from Villa Rosina’s private dock, or enjoying a private boat tour directly from the property.
