The place is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car (B67 in the immediate vicinity). A bus stop is very close. The bakery and butcher, as well as the food market, are about 1000 meters away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac. Public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included. The space The accommodation is a one-room apartment with a separate entrance. A storage room, dishwasher, washing machine and spacious bathroom are available. The windows have electric blinds, the door (for fire protection reasons) only a blackout blind. Apartment is an in-law . It's a non-smoking apartment! Guest access The apartment has its own entrance and is located in our house. It is a self-contained studio and privacy is not disturbed. The key handover can take place via a key box or in person. Other things to note Our dog is young, but rarely heard.
