This classic remodeled home in Nob Hill district, just a block from the popular NW 23rd Ave is perfect for foodies, shoppers, & people watchers. Within the tree-lined, safe & comfortable neighborhood, you will find the Portland experience you are looking for. The entire city can be easily accessed with just a short walk, uber ride or via the streetcar/Max system. Our home is centrally located in the heart of NW Portland, providing you with easy access to all of Portland's many attractions. The space Spacious, bright, comfortable home w/all the amenities you could need for your stay. Just half a block off NW 23rd Ave & 2 blocks to NW 21st, where you have your choice of shops, bars & restaurants. Lots of space, great for families or groups or even a couple get-away. It lives like a 4 bedroom 2 full bathrooms with 6 total beds. The office (or room 1) has two twins, room 2 has a queen, room 3 has a queen, and the media room (room 4) has a queen and a twin futon. This home is a beautifully remodeled 1904 Craftsman home in the heart of Northwest Portland. The home is divided into a duplex, the co-hosts live on the main floor of the home and the rental apartment is the top two floors, accessed through a separate entrance on the side of the house. The co-hosts are here to assist you if needed but will otherwise give you full privacy during your stay. *Please note that this rental is located on the second and third floor of the home so you will need to climb stairs to get to access the unit* Guest access As our guests, you will have full access to apartment B, the top two floors of the home. Other things to note Parking: There is street parking available right out front of the house. These spaces are pay-to-park from 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM on Monday through Saturday unless otherwise posted. The current parking rate in the Northwest district is $1.60 per hour. If you park less than 1/2 block away (NW 24th or higher) the parking is free. In pay-to-park spots, you can pay with a credit card or coins (no bills) or you can download the Parking Kitty app which allows you to pay from your phone, track how much time you have left in your current parking space and add time. This is a very popular neighborhood but for some reason, there is almost always open parking spots available right out front. We are happy to help you work out the best place to park if you need it. The rental unit is located on the top two floors of the home (accessed through a separate entrance from the bottom unit) so you will need to climb stairs to access the unit.
