The guest house is ideal for large groups of friends or families traveling together. It's pet-friendly. You can find board games in the living room and watch movies using our projector. Breakfast includes tea, coffee, sugar, milk and, depending on the season, walnuts. The space The guest house includes 4 bedrooms and a large living room (Dio Sternes, 57sqm, with fireplace). The 3 double rooms are next to each other and have a separate entrance from the rest of the accommodation. The fourth bedroom (triple) is on the other side of the house. Guest access The guest house is part of a property which also includes, in addition to the private house, a kitchen and 2 shared toilets with shower, a breakfast room, a library-study, an open theater and the all-day lounge bar "Perivoli" (open during the summer season), as well as many front and back yards with wonderful views of the mountains of Zagori, but also discreet spaces, which are all accessible to the tenants of the guest house, under conditions of compliance with the individual rules and functions, mutual respect and understanding. Side note: Booking the entire guest house means that the "Dyo Sternes" living room will be for the exclusive use of the tenants, with the exception of access by the owner when absolutely necessary. Other things to note You must not forget to turn on the lights, spotlights, heating system and electrical appliances and also make proper use of the technical equipment provided to you (speakers, screen, video projector, etc.) You have a discount on breakfast served at Zagori Suites Luxury Residences, in Vitsa. It includes many local products, traditional Zagori pies, local cheeses and dairy products, our chef's sweets, seasonal fruits, fresh orange juice and cooked eggs to your liking.  All kinds of coffee and drinks are also offered.
