Unauthorized visitors (even for daytime or short stays) will result in immediate cancellation without refund, potential extra charges, and removal from the premises. This keeps our home safe and enjoyable for all; rules strictly enforced. House Rule: No-Pets Policy No pets or animals of any kind are permitted on the property at any time — no exceptions, even for brief visits or service animals without prior written approval. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate cancellation without refund, extra cleaning charges, and removal from the premises. This rule protects our home, other guests, and ensures hygiene; violations are strictly enforced. Children’s outdoor play area: Weight limit 80kg (safe for little ones only). Patio swing: Weight limit 180kg — enjoy responsibly. Hot tub: No food or drink inside, please. Any damage will be charged to your deposit. The woodland area to the left and right of the house and gardens is not maintained for Airbnb use. Guests are welcome to explore should they wish, please be mindful of wildlife.
