Bridge Cottage

Bridge Cottage, or as it's affectionately known on Islay The Tin House. Is a 2 bedroomed cottage (sleeping up to 4 guests), centrally located with easy access to all parts of the Island. 5 mins to Bowmore/10 mins to Port Ellen - sits high up on the banks of the river Laggan with views of the countryside (there's even an apple tree and sweet smelling rose bushes in the garden). Sit on the small patio area & listen to the river below - it's time for some peace & relaxation...Islay style!! The space The Cottage is surrounded by a well established garden. There is a small sheltered patio area with a wooden bench to sit back and relax on while listening to the sound of the river Laggan below, making it the ideal place to chill and enjoy the surrounding countryside and it's views - it has it's own driveway and parking. Other things to note Well behaved dogs are welcome and the garden is fully enclosed, however please note that there is likely to be livestock, including sheep, cattle and the occasional wild deer, in the neighbouring fields. Use of electricity out-with the 4 walls of the house is not permitted for insurance purposes. There are EV charging points in Bowmore, Port Ellen and at most distilleries. Mobile reception can sometimes be patchy in the property and locally depending on the provider. Property keys - if lost, lock replacement will be due.
