Studio in Southern City Centre

Equipped with a complete kitchen, comfortable bed (queen) and convertible sleeping sofa (double), a spacious bath and terrace, the studio invites you to spend lovely days in central Cottbus. It is ideal for two persons or a couple with baby or toddler . We have special provisions for kids on request such as cot or high chair. The space The studio is located on the mezzanine floor of an apartment building. The studio faces east towards the inner courtyard of the house and thus offers a lot of peace and quietude in addition to the morning sun on the terrace. For sleeping, there is a box spring bed for 2 persons with a medium-firm mattress of 160 cm in width. For accompanying children, there is also a fold-out sofa bed with a width of 140 cm or an additional cot. The sofa bed has occasionally been described by guests as not very comfortable, so it is only recommended for children. The kitchen area offers a dining table with up to four chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Crockery, pots, pans, and cutlery are of course also provided. There is another small table with two chairs on the small terrace, which looks out onto a leafy underground garage roof. The bathroom is simple and equipped with a sink, a shower, and a toilet. There is also a washing machine and wardrobe in the small entrance hall. Guest access The small studio is completely at the guests' disposal. There is also the possibility to park bicycles behind a locked gate or in a bicycle cellar. Free and unlimited parking is available 120 meters away. In front of the house, you can park for up to 2 hours free of charge with a parking meter, which is very practical for unloading. From Cottbus main station it is a 10-15 minute walk to the flat. Other things to note Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and smoking is only allowed on the outside terrace which can be accessed from the kitchen.
