This new master suite is large and has all the amenities that you will need. King-sized sleigh bed with new mattress. Comfortable loveseat dual recliner. Forty-three inch Smart TV articulates for viewing from recliner or bed. Refrigerator, Keurig machine with coffee, teas and hot chocolate. There is a Mr. Coffee, microwave oven, toaster, coffee cups. You just might find blueberry muffins or brownies in your suite. The 2nd bed is a rollaway w/ memory foam. It is smaller than a twin bed. The space You will be three miles from downtown Knoxville, Thompson-Bolling arena, Knoxville Civic Center, Worlds Fair Park and the University of Tennessee. The master suite is located in a separate wing of my home in an established and quiet neighborhood. I can guarantee you will feel safe and relaxed. Guest access Fire pit for those cold fall and winter days. I can rustle up some S’more fixins if you would like ($5). You have a back patio table and four chairs. There is outdoor seating with cushions and pillows. The patio is perfect for your morning cup of coffee as you listen to the birds or watch the rabbits. Other things to note The suite is located at the other end of my home but is completely separate with sound proofing between your space and mine. You have a separate entrance with a numerical lock. My home is at the end of the street, and is surrounded by trees. It is very quiet and you will not hear me and you will have complete privacy. I have opaque shades and blackout curtains for those who like a dark cozy room for sleep. Washer and dryer are available for guests staying more than 5 days. For guests staying less than 1 week there will be a $5 fee for an average load. Detergent is not provided.
