The space Ty Color's is a high-rise half-timbered building located in one of the most beautiful pedestrian streets in the historic centre of Rennes. It is one of those buildings that look like no other, with its narrow staircase and lime walls, it has kept its authenticity. Located on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs, the studio Le Pink combines old-fashioned charm and modernity: stone wall, wooden floor, etc. . . It is composed as follows (15 m²): - A living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, microwave oven, fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, etc) and a sleeping area with a double bed and TV. - A bathroom equipped with a 90x90 shower, a plan with a basin and a suspended toilet. For your comfort, your bed will be prepared for your arrival. We also provide towels and tea towels for the dishes. Guest access You can use all the facilities.
