Its palm tree shaded yard with large deck, gas grill, seating and hammock is conveniently located only minutes to interstate 10, Pensacola's Airport, downtown and beautiful, sugar white beaches and turquoise water. The space Pensacola Pelican Retreat has everything you will need to enjoy a quick trip to Pensacola or a longer stay. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker, toaster, Keurig, crockpot and Nutribullet. Dishes, glassware, silverware, bakeware and pots and pans are all available if you want to cook. However, if you prefer to eat out, there are great restaurants nearby or a short distance. There are hundreds of places to eat within a 30 minute drive and you could stay here for a year and never run out of options! There is a washer and dryer for your use and beach towels for you to take to the beach that is about 15 minutes away. If you want to stay inside and relax, you can enjoy watching television in either the living room or bedroom and you will be able to access HBO, Showtime and Starz along with local and cable channels. There are games available too for you to enjoy. The cottage also has high speed internet access for your convenience. There is a pack and play and a booster seat for your little ones too. If you want to grill your dinner, you can use the natural gas grill on the deck and enjoy your meal outside in the evening breeze at the patio table before you relax in the hammock and watch the sun set. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, deck and yard. All of the utensils and dishes needed to cook are in the kitchen and grilling utensils are in the grill. A great family owned grocery store is three blocks away. Apple Market has lots of fresh options for you to fix your own meals and they have a wonderful deli and premade entrees for you to heat up and enjoy on the deck with a glass of wine if you don't feel like cooking. There are many great restaurants to choose from too. Other things to note Pensacola Pelican Retreat is in walking distance from restaurants, bars a grocery store and a pharmacy. There is a park two blocks away and Bayou Texar is five blocks away. This home is located in a family friendly neighborhood where families walk and ride bikes. Pensacola Beach is about 15 minutes away and downtown Pensacola is about 10 minutes away.
