Golden Circle cozy cabin

Very cozy, newly restored cabin with 2 bedrooms and hot tub in a beautiful gated and quiet area, just outside the popular Golden Circle. 50 minutes from Reykjavik, 40 minutes from Geysir and located less than 5 minutes from an 18 hole golf course. The space Newly restored cabin in a natural area. The area is an old lava-field with moss, small trees and other typical Icelandic vegetation. The cabin has hot water heating, electricity, and a cozy fireplace. There are two bedrooms, an open living-room and kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. On the large porch there is a gas-powered BBQ grill, a hot tub (all year) and outside shower (only in the summertime). Guest access The area where the cabin is located is gated. It includes an 18 hole Golf course and a restaurant (open during summer). The road to the cabin is a well-maintained red lava gravel road. There is plenty of parking at the cabin. Other things to note The cabin is located close to some wonderful natural attractions, such as Þingvellir, Geysir, Gullfoss, Kerið, black sand beaches at Stokkseyri and many many more! It takes around 15 minutes to drive to Selfoss town, where you will find shops and other services.
