Located on the GR 34 C, this house, in the quiet of nature, combines old character and modernity. Spacious, 400 m2 on 3 levels: On the ground floor: laundry room, wc, large kitchen with table for 10, dining room with fireplace, table for 10/12, entrance and living room with fireplace, On the 1st: A master bedroom with bathroom and toilet. A dorm (or double bedroom + 2 single beds) and a large bathroom + shower and toilet. On the 2nd: 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, an independent toilet. Outside other unoccupied outbuildings. The space This is our whole family home. Minimum stay is 3 nights. Rates are always calculated for 6 people. Beyond that, you will be asked, outside of the end of the year holidays, €45 per night per additional person. A cleaning fee of €220 (including sheets, towels, tea towels). Guest access You'll be the only ones in the house, you don't share with other hosts. A few kilometers from Dinan or Caulnes, a car is essential.
