Guest access The building is located in a safe residential area, just a 10-minute walk from the Vatican. This part of Rome is outside the limited traffic zone (ZTL), making it easily accessible by car. Right in front of the building is the Roma San Pietro train station, which offers a convenient and affordable connection to Fiumicino Airport via regional train (with one transfer at Trastevere). Bus 64 also departs from the station approximately every 10 minutes, passing through the city center and stopping near many main attractions such as Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Campo de' Fiori, Piazza Venezia (Roman Forum, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain), and ending at Termini Central Station. Please note that due to the proximity to Roma San Pietro station, passing trains and station announcements may be audible. With the windows closed, the noise is minimal, but we want to inform noise-sensitive guests in advance. The main entrance of the building is located within a fenced private property and is accessible via a steep private road, either on foot or by car. Parking spaces are available on the property and can be used upon request for €10 per day. The building has an elevator (elevator door 66cm large). The apartment is on the fourth and last floor of the building and can be accessed either via the staircase or by elevator.
