The space Our condo is perfect for enjoying magestic views of the mountains while being in a remodeled, clean and comfortable space. It is just 10 minutes to drive to Ski Cooper (an amazing and affordable ski hill with great backcountry and beginner skiing), close to incredible hiking and numerous fourteeners. Enjoy all of the quaintness of a small town with the affordability that most areas in the mountains can’t offer. There is a washer and dryer that is just outside of the unit for your use. The condo is on the 4th floor of the building. While the first elevator in the state of Colorado was originally installed in this building, it is no longer in use. You will need to walk the stairs. We have wifi for your convenience. With the smart tv you will have access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and Disney+. Also, all of the beds pictured are in one room as it is a one bedroom condo. Other things to note During peak Leadville 100 race season we require a minimum stay of 7 nights. The weekly rental discount does not apply during race season (Most of August). We do host those two primary weeks independent of each other. This means that if you want to book for both race weekends you need to have a total of 14 nights.
