Condo in Porto Rafti

Our freshly refurbished apartment "M13", is a sunny, lucid and vibrant corner house found at the 3rd floor of a flat at Porto Rafti. Its Eastern orientation, offers a delightful view over Evoikos Bay coastline and from its prominent balcony, one can observe the delightful setting during the whole day. The flat is located at a very quiet part of Porto Rafti, but still very close to the beach (100 meters), cafes, bars, shops, super markets, taverns, open air cinemas and children’s playgrounds. The space The apartment is perfect for couples, families, and business travelers. My freshly refurbished country house is an apartment that consists of 55m² and as soon as you walk in- a beautiful, welcoming and sunny entrance area is found, with an open-space kitchen along with its dining. On the left side, we move to the leisure areas, with a living room, a fire place and a flat-panel smart-tv with digital reception, as a welcoming space. Then the corner balcony with its magnificent sea view, a second semi-private room with a folding PVC-door for its own independence, with two large sofas that are designed to be converted to single beds and an A/C unit. On the right side we move towards the private areas of the household, with the wardrobe space, the fully renovated bathroom with its facilities and the main, double bedroom an A/C unit. The apartment’s setting is offering a perfect space for 2 to 4 people, since the social areas are divided with the private ones, making the functions of the house very coherent and cozy to inhabit.
