Vacation home (240 sqm) for 12 people The space The vacation home (240 sqm) sleeps 12 people. It consists of 4 apartments, which are located on the 1st floor. All apartments have a satellite TV, coffee maker, kettle, hand, bath and dish towels are provided free of charge, parking and offer free Wi-Fi. On the ground floor there is a lounge with space for 12 people, a TV, a coffee machine, kettle, dishes, microwave, toilet and games. There is also a barbecue area outside and parking. Final cleaning included in the price. Pets are welcome (€3 per day). The first apartment (40 sqm) consists of a bedroom with 2 single beds, a kitchen-living room with a kitchenette, a dining area and a TV couch, a shower/toilet and a large balcony. The second apartment (60 sqm) has 1 bedroom with double bed, separate living room, kitchen with large kitchenette and dining area, shower/toilet, large balcony on the 1st floor. The third apartment (60 sqm) has 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), kitchen with kitchenette, dining area and TV couch, shower/toilet, large balcony. The fourth apartment (60 sqm) has 1 bedroom with double bed and sofa bed, 1 living room with sofa bed, kitchen with dining area, shower/toilet, large balcony. All attractions on the holiday farm can also be used. Vacation farm to feel good. In a very quiet, yet central location, surrounded by the beautiful natural landscape of the Bavarian Forest, right on the Bavarian Forest National Park Forest with the longest treetop path in the world. Our holiday farm is located in St. Oswald, one of the most beautiful places in the Bavarian Forest. The quiet, sunny location of the place, the interplay of nature, art and culture, as well as the excellent air and water quality give the place a unique charm. You will stay in spacious, cozy apartments. In different sizes 38, 55, 60, 75 sqm, all apartments have a balcony or terrace with a fenced garden. A nice day of vacation begins with a good breakfast. We are happy to serve you in our cozy country house parlour - bread service for self-catering. Our service: You are welcome to take food for the day with you from breakfast! Breakfast: 12.50 euros for adults per person per day 8 euros for children per child per day Children up to 3 years free at breakfast For children, we offer riding on lovely Haflinger horses, tractor rides, a large hay barn to romp around, a playground, a toddler fleet and equipment, table tennis, plenty of space to play in the yard, a swimming lake 500 m away and much more.
