Located 5-minute drive from the D8 motorway and 16 min. drive from the center of Prague. By local bus 17 min. to metro station Letňany ("C" red line). Also great location, if you are going to exhibition grounds or airport Letňany CONCERTS. Close by highway D8, metro, big shopping centrum Letňany, restaurants, nature.. The space The studio apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, seating overlooking the garden, a separate sleeping area, a flat-screen TV + NETFLIX and a private bathroom. In Hovorčovice there is a pizzeria, small shops, restaurants, tennis courts, Thai massage, a beautiful pond, a church, a bus, a train. In the summer, you can play badminton or sit in the garden. I will provide you with tourist information, tips on what to visit in Prague, you will receive brochures, maps .. NOTE: - Upon arrival, you will be asked for a valid photo ID (ID card or passport). - Due to changes in local laws, we are forced to charge an extra local STAY FEE of 21 CZK (0.80 EUR) / night / person. The guest will pay the fee in cash upon arrival. - For stays of less than 4 days, a washing machine and dryer are available for a fee of 3 EUR / 75 CZK for each appliance and its use. - Once a week, washing and drying are free.
