The studio unit is 325sq ft and a perfect space for a little getaway while exploring all that Saugatuck/Douglas has to offer. Located in the heart of Douglas, one block from downtown. Walk to the best restaurants, browse the one-of-a-kind shops or simply take a walk down to the park at the end of the block and enjoy the spectacular water views. Discover all that Douglas/Saugatuck has to offer and do it in style. This unit has shared walls. In respect of other guests we cannot host guests with infants nor is there any space in the room to accommodate a crib. We do not allow animals/pets on the property. Please do not email us asking for an exception!! The property has a shared ventilation system, so this isn’t an option. Check in is at 4pm and checkout at 1030am. Sorry, we are unable to offer early checkins or late checkouts at this location. Guest access Guests will enjoy this completely private ground floor studio unit including a sitting area, small dining table, kitchenette with microwave & mini-fridge, private bath with tub and a outdoor private patio. Other things to note Kayak rental is just one block from the property and included in our guidebook. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to our cancellation policy, including the changing of dates- we are not a big corporation and rely on the income from bookings to pay the mortgage. If you anticipate potential health issues, weather concerns or other reasons you might not be able honor your reservation, consider purchasing travel insurance. We provide toilet paper to get you started, but we do not provide an unlimited supply. If you run out doing your stay, you are responsible to go out and get more.
