Tucked away in the countryside of South Bohemia, this peaceful retreat is surrounded by meadows, forests, and quiet nature. Whether you’re planning a weekend escape, a holiday stay, or a longer retreat, the mill offers a unique place to slow down and reconnect. The property comfortably hosts up to 8 guests. In summer, enjoy outdoor seating in the garden with a grill, relax by the covered heated pool, or head out for cycling, hiking, or nearby golf. In winter, the area transforms into a quiet, snowy landscape — perfect for downhill skiing just 20 minutes away at Monínec. This location is also an ideal base for exploring the region — discover nearby towns like Tábor, Bechyně, Milevsko, and Písek, historic castles such as Orlík and Zvíkov, or enjoy activities like cycling, hiking, or canoeing on the Lužnice River. Guest access You will have the entire apartment to yourself, with a private entrance. The property is part of a larger mill building, and the owner may be present elsewhere on-site. Your apartment is fully separate, ensuring your privacy. The pool is shared with the owner: Covered and heated Open from May to September (weather permitting) Please use the outdoor shower before and after entering the pool Please bring your own pool towels Keep the pool covered when not in use No glass, food, or drinks in the pool area Secure bike storage is available on the property. If you have organic waste, you can leave it outside the entrance, and we will take care of it at the end of your stay. 🐑 The property is also home to sheep and cats (kept separate from guest areas). Please do not feed them or enter restricted areas. The cats are friendly, but we do not allow them inside the building.
