On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, a shared living room, a kitchen and a small bathroom with shower. Upstairs, the house offers 3 bedrooms as well as a spacious shower room with bathtub and underfloor heating. In front of the house there is space for parking a car. Ideal for a couple with children who want to be as close as possible to their offspring. In the living room, a sleeping place for one person can be prepared in a few simple steps.
