Harrier Grove House is a modern spacious 3 storey town house located in Sutton in Ashfield, close to town centre, within walking distance to ALDI and B&Q, with fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge and dinning area. There are 3 floors, on ground floor there is a lounge with sofa and sofa bed, TVs, dinning area, kitchen and ground floor toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a family bathroom, on the second floor there are two bedrooms and ensuite shower room to the master bedroom. There are car parking spaces in front of the house and driveway at the back of the house. There is a low maintenance garden and inter court yard. Other things to note Additionally, we require a £200 damage deposit as a security measure to safeguard both the interests of our guests and our establishment.
