4-star gîte. Old 18th century bakery renovated into an eco-gîte, located between Granville and Avranches, near the landing beaches. The cottage offers you the charm of old stones and the comfort of its modern facilities in a two-hectare garden. The space The cottage is located in the countryside in a quiet, abundant garden. Garden furniture, deckchairs, hammocks are available. The bedding is of high quality to offer a restful sleep: a large bed of 180 x 190 cm and two beds of 80 x 190 cm. A 140 x 190 cm sofa bed is also available in the living room. The cottage is usually intended for 4 people. It can exceptionally accommodate 6 people. There is the possibility to have breakfast on site and on request for an additional €9 to €15 per person. The rates shown are for a couple. A surcharge of €10 per additional person is applied. A cleaning fee of €85 is required. €12 per night per dog.
