We are in the middle of the village of Highclere on a country lane with many beautiful walks on the doorstep. The accommodation is within walking distance of our local pub 'The Red House' which serves delicious food and takeaways. A 10 minute drive from Newbury and all its amenities. As well as Highclere Castle, we are ideally located for Newbury Races & Bombay Sapphire Gin Distillery. The space The flat is a refurbished modern living space. It is attached to our house but has private access and front door, the keys will be in a lock box. Please note, parties and extra guests are not permitted. You will have a dedicated parking space and use of a private patio. The space is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen including Nespresso machine and dish washer. There is a large dinning area and comfy lounge area with sky TV. The bedrooms are accessed off the hall and just one step up to the cloak room. Next to the cloak room is a separate shower room. Bed 1 has a king size bed with a new Emma mattress and plenty of storage. Bed 2 has a double bed, wardrobe and desk.
