3-room apartment near Ulm/university with bus connection

We rent our modern furnished apartment with 40 m² of living space. We pay particular attention to hygiene and disinfect after each guest! First floor - 1.5 rooms with kitchenette, bathroom and separate entrance. The apartment is equipped with a single bed 120 cm x 200 cm in the bedroom and a modern folding couch incl. comfortable mattress topper approx. 120 cm x 190 cm. Pillows, blankets, bed linens and towels, fridge with freezer compartment, dishes, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, The space We rent our modern furnished apartment with 40 m² of living space, 1.5 rooms with kitchenette, bathroom and separate entrance. The living/dining room is equipped with carpeting and a high-pile carpet. There are shutters for darkening on the windows in the living-dining area, as well as in the bathroom. The apartment is equipped with a single bed 120 cm x 200 cm in the bedroom and in the living room with a modern pull-out sofa bed (just newly purchased) including a comfortable mattress topper about 120 cm x 200 cm. For a good night's sleep, summer or winter bed linen, as well as extra pillows and a cozy blanket. Linens, towels, pillows and blankets for max. 4 people are provided. A separate bathroom with bathtub, shower function and shower curtain, toilet, sink with illuminated mirror cabinet, hair dryer, toilet paper, shampoo, shower bath is included. An insect screen has been attached to the bathroom window and new floor mats provide more comfort. The kitchenette includes a stove with stainless steel cover plates, as well as an oven and extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, sink with dish basket for draining dishes, kettle, cutlery, pots, as well as dish towels and dishwashing liquid. A vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies for longer stays are available. We are also happy to organize additional cleaning during your stay, including Linen change for € 50 Senseo coffee pod machine incl. coffee classic/cappuccino - pads - milk - sugar and a kettle for tea incl. various teas are provided. A large screen TV with remote control, including 2-3 English-language channels and well-functioning 50 Mbps Wi-Fi is included. You are welcome to enjoy the sunny hours in our outdoor seating area, 2 rattan armchairs with table and/or in our garden with outdoor seating or in our lounge seating area with umbrella. There is also Wi-Fi reception there. My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families (with 1 child, possibly from 4 years, as no toddler equipment is available). No pets allowed out of consideration for allergy sufferers. Guest access This is a separate apartment that can be centrally heated, with a separate entrance, on the ground floor without steps, with small windbreak and wardrobe, separate small bedroom with curtains, living room with pull-out couch, as well as bathroom with bathtub/shower function, toilet, sink, plus bed linens and towels for your stay. Car parking spaces can be found in front of the house / cars without oil stains are also allowed to park in the courtyard. Public transportation: New! Bus number 36 stops directly on our street/stop Oberberghofstrasse with connection to the UNI. The city bus stop of line 3 and line 5 from Sonnenfeld/Ulm can be reached in about 10 min. walk. Distance to the University of Ulm 2.5 km hilly footpath or Bike path, Bad Blau leisure pool 1 km, bakery and butcher 500 m, Stuttgart Airport and Memmingen Airport about 50 minutes by car. The shopping center - Blaustein with supermarket and various shops, hairdresser, café, shops is about 2 km away. Approximately 6 km away is the highest church in the world, the "Ulmer Münster." The old town of Ulm offers great entertainment options day and night, such as restaurants, bars, cafes, cinemas, theaters, and much more... Ulm event calendar: Traditional festivals such as Fischerstechen, Donaufest, Schwörwoche, festivals in the Friedrichsau, Theater Ulm, information at... my city-Ulm. Legoland Günzburg: You can reach the Legoland Günzburg amusement park by direct highway connection in just 45 minutes. Blaustein leisure pool: Bad Blau with slide and warm saltwater outdoor pool, very family-friendly with gastronomy and relaxation area, as well as popular sauna. The Olympia Fitness Studio offers day training and sauna visits. Our apartment is centrally located and is comfortably furnished. The morning and evening sun illuminates the whole room. We offer free WiFi and cable TV, electricity, heating and water consumption all included. Flexible arrival and departure times, from/to 3 PM/11 AM by arrangement. Self-check-in is possible at any time as of 3 pm. Ideal for self-catering vacationers. For long-term tenants we offer a special price with a 10% discount. We are happy to give tips on possible excursions, activities, sports facilities, children's program and arrange tours etc...,. Flyers and brochures about Ulm and Blaustein/Alb Donau are available in large numbers. Other things to note Ideal starting point for cyclists, attractive Alb-Donau bike tours, Blautopf Blaubeuren, Ulm-Donau bike trails are in the immediate vicinity. Very nice golf courses can be found in approx. 15-35 minutes away, e.g. GC Reischenhof, GC Ulm, New Golf Club Neu-Ulm, GC Donau-Riss.
