Comfy Private Modern Studio-attached w/own entry

(traffic dependent) Cute, light and cozy studio apartment with kitchen and bathroom and separate private entrance and outdoor area. Queen-sized bed, table and chairs for dining/work use, and off street parking. Quiet neighborhood - close to the airport, Opryland, the Hermitage, greenways and other tourist attractions and business connections. AT&T fiber + smartTV The space NOTE ON TRANSPORTATION: Short term stays (2-3 days) can get around town easily using rideshares (which are readily available due to proximity to airport). If you are planning to be in town longer, you may want to consider renting a car to explore further or have more flexibility. The guest studio apartment has its own private entrance and space, so you can enjoy privacy and comfort during your stay. Renovated from the attached former garage, the space has all the amenities needed for your stay: --Full Kitchen: apartment size refrigerator with freezer, full size oven/stovetop range, microwave, Keurig and kettle (with complimentary coffee/tea), pots/pans and utensils. So, you can cook a meal or pop in a frozen pizza in a pinch. --Living/Sleeping area: Tuft & Needle Hybrid Queen size with cozy linens and a love seat provide comfortable sleeping and sitting, convertible table with chairs will provide adequate space for eating or working. Flat screen TV with Netflix and AT&T cable TV and fiber internet. A sound machine is also provided. There is space to hang your clothes/coats and a luggage rack. (Murphy Bed functionality available if you need additional space during your stay) --Bathroom: clean and simple white and grey tile shower and a shower with handheld option are the highlights of the bathroom which utilizes a space saving and hip barn door for privacy. --Outdoor seating area: private, graveled area outside the studio allows space to enjoy the Tennessee weather and stars. --Parking: you have your own space in the driveway with motion sensor lighting, just outside the entrance to the studio area. --Additional provisions: fast internet service and guest WiFi. Keyless lock allows flexible check-in and check-out. Guest access You have complete access to the private studio apartment that is attached to the house, but completely private. Other things to note I comply with all local laws and regulations, including adherence to fire safety guidelines and holding a short term rental permit through Nashville Metro government. Permit #201740600. The city of Nashville has stated that Short Term Rental units must restrict the age of guests, as follows: "The principal renter of a unit shall be at least 21 years of age." For that reason, I am unable to accept bookings from those under the age of 21. Thank you! I welcome everyone equally to enjoy the space and their stay in Nashville. The space has two step up/step down areas so it is not wheelchair accessible and may be a bit difficult for those with mobility issues. Please note that the space is on the house ac/heat unit, and I have installed a minisplit unit so that guests have control over the temperature of the rental space. Please let me know if you need additional assistance with the temperature. I do have two dogs in the main house but the only interaction you may be hearing them play (not during quiet hours) through the 6 foot privacy fence in my backyard or their celebration barks when I return home from work each evening :)
