Living in the archipelago close to the city

It’s a house of 148 square meter with two floors. At the first floor there ir the entrance, kitchen, bathroom, Living-room and laundry. It also has two patios. At the second floor there is 5 rooms. Our friend are renting one of them. And we now rent two others. There is also a private bathroom. Just 700 m from the house there is a lake where you can swim. it’s also close to the archipelago and beaches.
