Located on the ground floor, it features a cozy living room with a dining table, a sofa bed, a radio with CD player, and satellite TV, so you can feel completely at home. The well-equipped, separate kitchen features a modern fitted kitchen including an oven, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, and kettle. Here you can conveniently prepare your meals. In the bathroom, you will find a bathtub, ideal for relaxing moments, as well as a toilet. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and ensures a restful night's sleep. The south-facing terrace invites you to relax outside in fine weather. A beach chair provides added comfort. Parking directly at the apartment and Wi-Fi are also provided. For bookings of 7 nights or more, bed linens are included in the price. This vacation rental is the perfect getaway for small groups or couples seeking tranquility and comfort. Note on possible additional costs: For check-outs on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, a 50% surcharge on the cleaning fee will apply. Under certain circumstances, it may be possible to adjust the travel dates to avoid the surcharge. Please note that, during the period from June to September, bookings must be made for as many nights as possible, with no gaps. For reservations that include a pet, we charge the applicable pet fee per pet, as well as an additional cleaning fee. If bed linens and/or towels are not provided in the booked property, they can be booked separately. We charge €12/set for bed linens and €8/set for towels. A linen change is not provided. The tourist tax is determined by the current regulations of the respective vacation resorts and must be paid in cash upon arrival at the VVR Flöter rental office. Errors and changes excepted!
