This home of about 70 m2 refurbished in 2019 consists of: On the ground floor: a living room composed of a fully equipped kitchen and living room. On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (double bed and single bed for children). 1 office 1 closed balcony 1 toilet 1 bathroom (shower and washing machine) On the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (double and one single bed) 1 bedroom (double bed and cot) 1 Bathroom (shower and toilet) The space No pets allowed. Wifi available. Bed linen, towels, and cleaning services are not included in the base price. If you wish, we can offer you the "bed made upon your arrival" option for €15 per double bed and €10 per single bed. You can also book towels for €5 per person at extra cost. The cleaning option is also offered at a price of €80. Please let us know at least 1 month before your arrival if you want 1, 2 or 3 options. We'll give you the terms at that time. A TV is available in the living room and another in the 1st floor bedroom. The bunk bed (the single bed above) can only be suitable for a child. The accommodation can only be rented from Saturday to Saturday during the summer season. A deposit check of €800 will be required upon arrival for cleaning and breakage. Between each tenant, a complete disinfection of the entire accommodation is carried out. Parking around the property is free.
