The accommodation is completely available for guests, isolated in the woods and reachable by a 300-meter footpath. It consists of three rooms with wooden floors and connected to each other. The price is per person per night (or full day of stay). The space The house with furnishings, tools, utensils, is completely shared and available. It is immersed in the woods, in the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park, at the confluence of two streams that descend respectively from m. Camicia 2564m. and Prema 2561m. with two sources of drinking water nearby. The whole area is a mosaic of fields and woods that cover the slopes of the mountain range, with views of the Gran Sasso d'Italia, 2912m. A half-hour drive from the house is the Campo Imperatore plateau, reachable in spring and summer and autumn! In winter the road is closed but becomes excellent for snowshoeing, along with several trails in the surrounding area. Guest access All the rooms of the house with what is inside. There is a living room-kitchen at the entrance, with a fireplace, table, sideboard, refrigerator, and chairs. Here there is also the sink, a tank with an autoclave for water, and a sofa bed that can be opened if necessary. Then there is the bedroom with a wardrobe and double bed (with electric blanket), and another room where there is a wood-burning kitchen and, connected, the bathroom with sink, toilet, and small bathtub with electric water heater. Here is a 2-seat bunk bed. I can therefore accommodate 4 people well. If necessary, there is a full-size sofa bed. Other things to note The house is accessible only by trail and is located in the woods, in a mountain environment on a slope. The place is ideal as a starting point for excursions, for people who really love the mountains and nature. All clothing and mountain gear are essential, so heavy clothes, socks, possibly high boots, sticks, raincoats, backpack, and so on. High rubber boots are highly recommended!!
