Community is gated. A perfect place for a restful stay. City & community quiet hours 11pm-7am. Max guests 4 (incl:adults, children&infants) HOA rules NO: pets, motorcycles & golf carts Front door Ring door bell (24/7 sound & video recording&storage) The space ABOUT THE CONDO I think you will enjoy my comfy condo. I love it there. First floor. No steps. Roll your suitcase in. You will be renting the entire condo (2 BR 2BA). Gated community. Maximum 4 guests total (including adults, children & infants) Enjoy an easy 5 minute walk to docks on the Intracoastal Waterway. (Condo is not on the waterway). Water views from the docks are beautiful. Fishing from the docks is relaxing. You may catch a large catfish or drum (brackish water). I’ve seen a shark fin silently break the water, glide along, & disappear. Nicely equipped kitchen so you can cook and dine-in; all the usual items plus a drip coffee pot, separate Keurig brewer, & blender. Main bedroom has a 40 inch Smart TV. 2nd BR has a 32 inch smart TV. Living-room has a 55 inch Smart TV & a DVD player. Sleep comfortably in a medium-firm King Serta bed in the master BR. Comfy queen in the 2nd BR. Spacious living/dining room, comfortably furnished with a recliner, ample seating and computer/writing desk and a sofa. Condo offers: 5G Wi-Fi & Basic cable & unit Netflix account access. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened porch with a breeze from the ceiling fan. Please bring your own beach towels. Exterior storage closet for beach gear and clubs. CHECK-IN Easy self check-in 3:00 pm - midnight with an electronic lock. COMMUNITY Gated community: gate key card (looks like a white credit card) required to open community gate & pool gates. 2 gate passes and 2 parking permits are provided (all are hanging on wall close to kitchen.) Two nice pools. 1 hot tub. (Open April 15-October 15.) Neighborhood & city quiet time 11:00 pm - 7:00 am so no loud music or loud outdoor conversations. BEACH 1 mile from beach. Multiple beach accesses with parking and potty facilities available. The closest is 1 mile away. Beach parking fee $4-$5/hour March-October between 9:00-5:00 (other hours no fee/FREE) See pictures on this listing for additional information. FREE beach parking 400 block of Main Street. CLOSE TO: Beach, shopping, dining, golf & North Myrtle Beach sports center. Easy walk to Hot Stacks (breakfast & lunch), Goodfellas (pub food & sometimes live music), Villa Tuscana (upscale Italian), Nick’s NY Pub (a local’s favorite), Sunday’s Best Jamaican (the ox tail is delicious), Taco Bell & Cook Out. To be courteous to the cleaner & next guest, at check out take out trash & run the dishwasher. PETS & SERVICE ANIMALS —-HOA rule: No pets allowed.— Service animals: SC does NOT consider emotional support animals as service animals for short term rentals. They are considered pets so not allowed. Trained Service dogs (e.g. ADL assistance, seizure detection, etc.) are welcome . They must be declared AFTER the reservation is confirmed but prior to stay so we can provide the HOA with required information. This help you have a more enjoyable stay & will save you from having to explain the presence of the dog to the HOA during your stay. Airbnb rules restrict service animals from being left alone in the rental. Not meeting the advance disclosure requirement, an uncontrolled or animal left alone will immediately be cause to terminate the rental. Guest access You are renting the entire condo. Gated community. 5 community docks on Intra-coastal Waterway (short walk from condo) 2 Pools & 1 Hot Tub (open 4/15-10/15) 2 Grill Areas. Storage room for beach equipment and golf clubs. Other things to note -Linens: sheets and towels provided or you may bring your own. - Because guests may bring own linens, beds are not made prior to your arrival. -Please bring your own beach towels. -Preferred minimum age to rent: 25 -A fee of $50 will be charged for each gate pass card not returned. -An additional cleaning fee of up to $200 will be charged if the unit is left excessively dirty & requires additional cleaning.
