We live in Arcadia (the land of happiness), nature reserve Parnonas, Peloponese. You will find the traditionnal greek life with the kindness of the local people. The house is built in the respect of the nature, in olive and orange grove, full east, direct access to the sea, near climbing spots. Very nice villa in traditional stones of 189 m2 with all the comfort, facing the sea, rising sun, with access to two wild beaches, SWIMMING POOL. Comfortable for 6 persons max. The space Located in Arcadia on the East coast of the Peloponnese in the Argolic Gulf. Near the port of Sampatiki and the city of Leonidio . Direct access to 2 wild beaches, near the famous climbing spots. The swimming pool is not supervised. The villa is very comfortable for 6 people maximum. (The Kingsize can be transfomed into 2 beds 90) ` Ideal place for holidays. The house is built with stone following the local architecture. The villa is inside a property with fruit (citrus) and olive trees. It has 3 bedrooms with their private full equipped bathroom, the second living room is connected to another small kitchen. Two bedrooms are located in the ground floor and the last bedroom is on the first floor. In the garden, there is a large BBQ with its own small kitchen. The house has solar hot water, a cistern by collecting rainwater for watering, a biological septic tank. Guest access You will have access to the whole house, private swimming pool and garden with flowers and fruit trees. Other things to note Close to the sites of Mycenae, Nafplion, Sparta, Epidaurus, Corinth, Monemvasia ... In Sampatiki Tassos makes you eat at Porto Sampatiki tavern, Michalis at Klimataria tavern.
