Delightful bedroom, sitting room and breakfast

Idyllically located in the Dedham Vale Area of Outstanding natural beauty. Knoll Cottage is a short walk from the picturesque village of Stoke by Nayland, which has two gastro pubs. It is ideally placed to explore the lovely surrounding countryside through the numerous nature walks and cycling routes. Knoll has been refurbished to a high standard, creating an air of tranquility, style and comfort. Enjoy a continental breakfast including homemade delicacies. The space The Super King sized bed can be created to make two single sized beds. Let me know if you would prefer this option. The bedroom has tea and coffee facilities, alongside a plate of homemade biscuits or cake on arrival. The bathroom is next door room with a large and luxurious walk in shower. Guests have the use of their own cosy sitting room, equipped with a television providing Netflix and Amazon Prime . There is also a very cosy wood burner. The beautiful garden is available for guests to sit in or to enjoy a cup of tea or an outside breakfast. Guest access Guests will have access into the house through their own front door. Their private space will be the bedroom (a super King Sized bed / 2 single beds), shower room and a sitting room. Breakfast will be served in the large kitchen area with views over the garden . Guests are more than welcome to enjoy the garden too or eat breakfast in it if the weather is kind . During your stay There will be no other guests . My two hobbies are cooking and gardening, so if I'm not in the kitchen I'll be pottering in my garden ! An evening meal can be prepared for you on request. Other things to note I have a friendly cat and dog who will be restricted to kitchen and the garden.
