Fourni Island Home on the Sea!

Welcome to your Greek island home! Newly renovated in 2018, this home is located on the secluded side of Kampi beach just 3 meters from the sea. It is a private oasis perfect for a Greek island getaway. The main house features a master bedroom, living area, full kitchen and dining room. There is also a separate host room (with a single bed), outdoor WC, laundry and amenities. For relaxing outside there is a stunning, large courtyard and an expansive rooftop overlooking the sea. The space This home is unique and unlike any other you'll find in Fournoi. Built in a sleek, elegant Greek traditional style it stays cool inside in the summer and warm in the winter. Due to its heritage construction there is no other home available as close to the sea! You are also located on the quiet side of Kampi beach nestled into the rock that signifies the edge of the beach. Just behind the house is a path that leads to another beautiful, even more secluded beach called Aspa. The large outdoor spaces are also very special because they are expansive areas to enjoy the beach yet private just for house guests. The total area of the home and outdoor spaces is 150 sq.meters. Please note: the house does not have an air conditioning system or television. Guest access Our home is located on the beach of Kampi where there is no direct road access. We will pick you up from the Fournoi ferry port and take you to the house. The road stops at a parking lot at the top of 100 stairs. The house is located down these stairs and another 80 steps across the sand at the far end of Kampi beach. The whole home will be yours to enjoy aside from the storage cellar. The main house, host room and upstairs laundry all have separate individual keys. The courtyard is also fenced and gated. Behind the house towards the hillside is an outdoor shower and wooden platform where you can have a fresh water rinse after swimming or wash off your dive/snorkeling gear. 5 meters from the house there is a small wooden dock. Other things to note There is wi-fi and a landline on the property. As is the standard in Greece, we offer a washing machine but not a dryer. You will have a retractable clothesline where you can dry your clothes outside. Other amenities we offer include: Plates, cups, bowls, cutlery, knives, glasses Some serving dishes Sandwich toaster Greek coffee maker Hair dryer Shampoo and conditioner Cleaning products and supplies Toilet amenities (toilet paper, brush, etc) Soap Mop and bucket Towels 5 pairs of bedsheets for each bed (*please note that unlike a hotel we do not offer a regular cleaning service so guests are responsible for their living spaces.
