Enclosed garden perfect for young children and furry friends. We have a travel cot, stair gate and a selection of toys, making it perfect for a relaxing holiday. The Log fire and under-floor heating for cosy winter breaks. Tolly House is equipped to ensure each stay is a relaxing luxury holiday. The space Ground floor: Under floor heating, entrance hall leading to living room with wood-burning stove and Ppenty of seating for 8 with a Smart TV to stream your favorite shows. French doors open to the garden. Well-equipped kitchen/dinner with conductor hob, Microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, Nespresso Machine, 8 seater Oak table, French doors leading to the garden. Separate Utility/W.C. with automatic washing machine/dryer. First floor: Relaxing large master suite bedroom, Queen sized bed, TV, en-suite bathroom with over-bath shower. Pretty Twin-bedded room. Separate Bathroom with large walk=in shower. Second floor: Bright and fresh double bedroom with Queen size bed, round port hole window, TV. Twin bedroom with lots of storage and TV. Garden: Fully enclosed lawned garden with garden furniture. BBQ Parking for 2 cars at the rear. Duvets with linen and towels provided Free WiFi is available to guests. Guest access The whole house and a fully enclosed garden, 2 parking spaces at the rear of the property for 2 cars. Access at the front of the house and also from the car park at the rear of the house. Other things to note We have a key code so you can arrive anytime day or night. Well behaved dogs welcome as we are sure they will enjoy the local Wells beach and dog walks in the area.
