Two-room apartment 55 sqm by the creek
Ferienwohnungen Heinrichsberger
Description
Our historic Staign-Schuster house has been lovingly renovated and modernized. It is located in the old, tranquil center of the village by the stream. On the shore and in the alley, which is richly greened and planted with flowers, there are shady beer gardens that also serve good, inexpensive food. Our cozy, quiet neighborhood is highly appreciated by many of our visitors because of its typical pre-Alpine construction and its Mediterranean charm, and the residents also enjoy living here. The space The two-room apartment is a non-smoking apartment in the lovingly renovated, historic "Staign-Schuster-Haus" is well and comfortably equipped and completely modernized a few years ago. The beautiful, new kitchen is equipped with brand appliances, microwave and dishwasher. The modern bathroom is made of exclusive natural stone. The 1.60 m wide bed has a high quality mattress. The living room has TV with Sky and Wi-Fi and provides entertainment "at home" if you do not want to take advantage of the numerous excursions to the nearby mountains, Lake Chiemsee, Weihenlinden, Kleinhöhenrain, Tuntenhausen, etc. (Information can be found in the living room and entrance area). The cozy couch offers sleeping space for another person. The apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users. The quiet, romantic Schmiedgasse in the old town center offers cozy restaurants with secluded, richly green terraces directly on the stream, the Glonn. The clinic St. Georg and Dr. Daudert are within minutes walking distance, as are the spa park, the train station and Marienplatz with adjacent promenade with ice cream parlors, shops and restaurants. Within walking distance are also the spa with wellness and green areas, other clinics, the cinema and organic shops or discount stores. The direct train connection allows you to take a day trip to Munich, Kufstein and much more. If you still want to do paperwork, please use the desk in the living room. Enjoy the hospitality in our tranquil spa town. Other things to note As a host, I like to live in Bad Aibling because of its highly valued recreational value. My hobbies are: mountain hikes, extensive bike tours, e.g. to the bathing lakes or along the Mangfall cycle path and the Inn to Kufstein, spend relaxing hours in the spa and also travel to foreign countries and cultures.
