On the cobblestone street in the old part of the small fishing community Mollösund is Villa Charlottenlund with its cozy farmhouse. You live 5 minutes walk from grocery store, shops and restaurants. 75 meters to the jetty with swimming ladder and 10 minutes to Katteviks or Torneviks swimming area. This property is solely used for guests. The space Kitchen equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer and with dining area and living room in an open plan, hall, bathroom with toilet and shower. Bedroom with double bed (2x80 cm) and two wardrobes. Patio with space for 4 people in connection with the entrance staircase. The house was completely renovated in 2020. Guest access The tenant also has access to a washing machine, if the rental period exceeds 1 week. Washing machine is shared with other tenants and the owner of the property. Car parking is not included without accommodation please refer to parking at the football pitch or in Lervik (7-8 min walk from the house). A map of how to best find your way there and back to the house is in place upon arrival. Parking is available through the EasyPark app to download to Apple and Android. Other things to note Bed linens and towels are included in your reservation. Please note that the tenant takes care of the final cleaning before check-out. Vacuum cleaners and cleaning materials are available in the house. This property is only used for rental. The landlord has a dog, but it is never allowed to stay in this house.
