Farmhouse Villa Charlottenlund in Mollösund

On the cobblestone street in the old part of the small fishing village of Mollösund is Villa Charlottenlund with its cozy courtyard house. You live 5 minutes' walk from grocery store, shops and restaurants. 75 meters to the jetty with bathing ladder and 10 minutes to Katteviks or Torneviks swimming area. This accommodation is only used for guests. The space Kitchen equipped with stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer and with dining area and living room in an open plan, hall, bathroom with toilet and shower. Bedroom with double bed (2x80 cm) and two wardrobes. Patio with space for 4 people adjacent to the entrance staircase. The house was completely renovated in 2020. Guest access The tenant also has access to a washing machine, if the rental period exceeds 1 week. Washing machine is shared with other tenants and the owner of the property. Car parking is not included, but guests are referred to parking at the soccer field or in Lervik (7-8 minute walk from the house). A map of how to easily find your way there and back to the house again is in place upon arrival. Parking is done via the EasyPark app, which is available to download to Apple and Android. Other things to note Bed linens and towels are included in your booking. Please note that the tenant takes care of the final cleaning before check-out.
