Charming summercabin 50 m from sea

Summercabin placed in a beautiful summertown 3 h south of Oslo. A small beach and swimming area 50 m from cabin, perfect for kids and families. Stunning view with a great lookout point next to the cabin. Pub, resturants and a shop within 10 min walk. The space Summercabin situated in an idyllic summertown called Gjeving, between the beautiful towns Risør and Tvedestrand. The cabin has a stunnig view overlooking beautiful typical Norwegian skerries with idyllic cabins and ocean as far as the eye can see. 50 meters to a small beach and a swimming area, perfect for kids and families. The house is 110 m2 and has three floors. First floor has three bedrooms and one bathroom with bathub, second (entrance) floor has a hallway, kitchen and living room in an open floor plan and a bathroom with shower, and third floor has 2 bedrooms and a very small living room. 4 of the bedrooms have one double bed in each, and 1 bedroom has one single bed and one bunk bed. The cabin can sleep 11 people in total, but 11 persons might feel a bit crowded. There are parking space for two cars. The property also have a garden with outdoor furniture, BBQ and a stunning view with sun from mornig to late afternoon. Even though this is a typical summerplace, its also the perfect getaway the rest of the year if you want some quiet time. In fall, winter and early spring there are normally only a few locals living here, and you won't be bothered by anyone. Unfortunately, July is not available as it is used by my family.
