BnB The Attic - Spacious air-conditioned attic room

Welcome to my attic room! The accommodation alternative with excellent value for money to visit Bruges, Ghent, Sluis or Meetjesland. The spacious, light-filled room has air conditioning and is completely private for your group. Due to a flexible layout, up to 8 people can sleep in the same room. Families with children get a discount! Send me a PM. The sitting area has TV, Netflix, fast internet, Xbox360, PS3. Coffee, tea and tap water are included. The space The available space is located on the top floor of an inhabited semi-open house in a quiet street in the center of Maldegem. The spacious bedroom with small living space, is privately available to the guest and his company. The rest of the house is shared with the owner. bnbtheattic . com for more info Guest access Access to the house is with an electronic lock, of which I will give you a personal code before you arrive. Guests can use the 2 toilets, bathroom, kitchen, garage (not for car but for motorcycle or bicycles) and the terrace with the garden. The living room, storage room, basement on the ground floor and 2 separate bedrooms on the first floor are used exclusively by the owner. I like to keep my own living room private, the last resort 😊 During your stay Under normal circumstances, I am at home during your stay, so you can always speak to me. Furthermore, I am always available by phone for you and your company during your stay. In the rare event that I cannot be present myself, you can enter with the electronic and remotely operated lock. Other things to note Did I mention that coffee, tea and tap water are free downstairs in the kitchen? :-) My whole house, except my own living room, is at your disposal. With mutual respect and mutual agreement, you are free to use all available infrastructure. For example, cooking: From frozen pizza in the convection oven to your own homemade pizza on stone in the kamado or would you rather pick up a bucket of fries and eat them in the last rays of sunshine on my terrace?
