Entrance to the studio is via an exterior staircase. * Parking garage at 5 min. walk ("minckeler" J.P. Minckelerstraat 94) 16€/day. * Parking garage at 10 min. walk ("Vaartkom" Engels Plein 32) €10/day with free shuttle bus on Friday, Saturday and Sunday shopping. Other things to note Unfortunately, we are not present (like at a hotel) to receive luggage or to leave luggage with us at check-out. There are lockers available at the large market and at the station. Please respect the check-out rules as well as respect the neighbors in the common areas. There is also no visit with parties and extra guests allowed. We are not liable for any accidents in the studio and in the common areas of the residence. Smoking is prohibited inside as well as on the terrace!
