Quirky Fun B&B: Tree House Unit
This unit is a refurbished container building built by an architect professor at UNC-C for a traveling art exhibit A space efficient room (8ftx8ft) with a tall, airy, ceiling, full size bed, private bath, micromini fridge (holds the equivalent of six 12oz cans), pod coffee maker, and smart TV for streaming Pets under 20 lbs. allowed due to size The deck seats 2 overlooking the art-filled gardens Rates are SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY An additional $25 per person per night per additional guest applies The space This B&B is an eco friendly, arts oriented property with a busy café on site that's open until 2 in the afternoon (yes, breakfast is included with your stay, Wednesday-Sunday see "Other details to note" below). Outsider art is scattered throughout the garden and buildings. You're going to love it! Guest access We are located within walking distance from Downtown Pittsboro's shopping, bars and restaurants. Please take a look at the travel guide to see the many surprising things there are to do, try, and see in our small town. We suggest Townie Transportation for your taxi needs. Uber and Lyft are not yet reliable in our area. Other things to note Pets are welcome, but there is a $25 pet fee. This covers the extra cleaning fee associated with allowing pets. To lock you only need to push the Schlage logo at the top of the lock and twist the bolt to the left. To unlock, put in code and turn the bolt to the right. If it does not lock right away, you may have to pull the door up a little tighter and try again. The fridge in the Woodshed is a micromini fridge. Just making sure you know. Please Note: Breakfast is included with your stay for the number of guests registered to the Tree House, so make sure to note the number of guests when you book. Café Hours: Wednesday-Friday 7:30am-2pm (always the same) Saturday-Sunday 8am-2pm. (April 1-September 30) Saturday-Sunday 9am-2pm (November 1-March 31) Monday -Tuesday the café is closed. No breakfast is served on those days, so that our hardworking staff can refresh for the next work week. We are also closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Thanksgiving Day 3rd week of July for annual vacation
