This modernized 2-room attic apartment offers plenty of space and comfort on 57 square meters. Located in the old village of Weißwasser, the apartment has a 12 m² balcony, ideal for outdoor breakfast. Despite its proximity to the railway line, it offers a cozy atmosphere and is a perfect base for exploring the region. The spacious layout and modern amenities make it ideal for couples or small families looking for a practical and comfortable place to stay. The space The attic apartment is accessible via a common hallway, but can be locked separately. In addition to the entrance area, there is 1 bedroom (2 beds), 1 large living room with small open kitchen, as well as a spacious balcony. The apartment has been newly renovated and is fully equipped. Bed linen, as well as hand and bath towels are included in the price. Parking is available in front of or on the property. If necessary, a children's travel bed including bed linen is available and can be used for a one-time fee of €5.00 (payment upon arrival). Extra bed for an additional person (guest bed per night €10, payment upon arrival) is possible in the living room. In case of bad weather, you are asked to leave your street shoes in the hallway, where a shoe rack is available. We ask that you handle the inventory carefully and maintain the locations of electrical appliances, because the following guests also want to use them.
