Greenbanks in Reedham - a Broadland village

The accommodation is attached to our house but self-contained, comprising sitting room with fold down table & chairs for dining, kitchenette, shower room & bedroom. Private entrance via french doors overlooking the garden & parking on drive. Basic essentials provided. Milk, cereal & pastries for each day & a home made treat on arrival. When you arrive the property will have been empty for 24 hours & will have been fully cleaned & disinfected following the previous guests departure, The space All on one level, this is ideal for people with reduced mobility, a walk in shower with 62 cms access, all doors internal doors are 82 cms wide. Fully equipped kitchenette includes a full size cooker, fridge with freezer box and slimline dishwasher. Cooking utensils, pans, baking trays and bowls supplied along with crockery, cutlery and glasses. Ironing board & iron provided. All bedding, towels, tea towels and kitchen cloths supplied. Third bed is a 'chair' bed in the sitting room. Travel cot, inflatable toddler bed (ages 3 - 6) and high chair available Guest access Sitting room/kitchenette, shower room and bedroom. Private entrance Other things to note We are at the top of a short hill - this would only be a problem if you were pushing a wheelchair (perhaps) or have difficulty walking. Reedham has no street lights so is sometimes very dark - don't worry we have left a couple of torches for you to use. We are opposite a primary school so if you are staying during the week in term time you may hear a 'burst' of excited chatter at around 08:50 - this lasts about 10 minutes and unless you are a light sleeper you probably won't even notice!
