Updated lake house on beautiful lakefront property for 2 to 10 (special quote for 2-4). This is the 2nd of 2houses we have on the property, they can be rented separate or together. The cove is wonderful, home to abundant wildlife, beautiful water for boating, fishing, kayaking or swimming. Fully stocked marina 1.2 mi away. 2 mi from Frankston, 15 mi from Tyler n 92 mi east of Dallas. This is my “Guest House” on a 2 acre lakefront property. There is another house on the property but they are separate and private. Two docks on the water for shared guest use. Boats can be tied up at the dock during your stay. Guest access Full house access, keyless entry on doors, fire pit, gas grill, wi-fi, TV has Firestick access so you can use your apps, access to dock in property (I have another 5 bdrm house on property that is also available for larger groups). You can set your boat in at marina and moor at the dock at the house A side room of house turns into a 4th bdrm at night, has a pull out couch bed and queen futon w attached half bath There also is a futon in front living room so actually now 5 bdrms at night I give special deals for extended stays (over a week) so contact me for special pricing. Rent one house thru website and I will work u special pricing on other house if rented together. There is a food convenience store and package store nearby, several local bbq shaks along Hwy 155 serving up East Texas finest bbq. There also is a 2nd wood fire pit where you can bring your own wood to burn.
