Privacy is definitely provided here :-) Because of this, we only welcome adults or families with older children. From the apartment entrance door you enter a small hallway. From here you enter the bathroom, to the left the large dining-living room with sofa (possibly 5th sleeping place), smart TV, dining table, adjoining spacious kitchenette + east balcony over the entire side! From the entrance hall to the right, there is a door with a hallway and closet wall to the large, quiet master bedroom with another sofa with classic satellite TV. From there, there is another door to the 2nd bedroom. Particularly worthy of mention is the quietly located balcony facing east. From the afternoon it is shady on the balcony, but you can enjoy sun in the courtyard or in the idyllic garden, but also linger in the shade under the large walnut tree or in the garden pavilion. Guest access Our total of 3 apartments are located on separate floors, one above the other in the rear building with a common entrance on the first floor, hallway with self-service refrigerator + spiral staircase. Possible encounters with other guests only occur here, in the laundry room (basement), at the bicycle shed or in the idyllic, but spacious garden. This means that all the rooms shown in the pictures as well as the balcony of each apartment are exclusively for the booking guests! We only welcome smaller children and/or pets in the Geißlein apartment. We attach great importance to ensuring that all guests can enjoy the idyll and tranquility here on the farm at the edge of the forest in the best possible way. As you can read in all reviews, this is also the case :-) In the spacious garden, on the other hand, you can meet other guests and may have to agree on the use of the grill or the garden sauna. However, since there are four (!) separate seats, you can find your own cozy spot and most are still on the move a lot or use their private balcony... Other things to note 5. Sleeping area: 1.40 m x 2 m sofa bed (IKEA 2022) in the living-dining room or alternatively an equally large mattress in one of the spacious bedrooms or in the passageway possible
