At Cocoon'Inn, there's no impersonal concierge. Too attached to our creations, only Marion takes care of everything, from A to Z! Cozy designer studio on courtyard, 300 m from 2 metro lines and airport shuttle, in the heart of the chic and trendy Saint Aubin district. Self check-in, air conditioning and mood lights. The space Cocoon'Inn is first and foremost a love story between a plumber and a glider pilot. After 9 months of dust and sweat to create Cocoon'Inn Toulouse, we embarked on the work of Cocoon'Inn Daurade for another 9 long months... You will never have to deal with an impersonal concierge, too attached to our creations, only Marion takes care of the cleaning, the reception, the exit inventory of fixtures, from A to Z! This studio on the first floor of an old typical Toulouse building was very recently renovated in 2020, by us, to make it the most pleasant for a couple to live in. It is ideally located in the chic, young and lively Saint Aubin district, in the heart of Toulouse where bars, nightclubs, restaurants, cinemas, theater, media library rub shoulders with the most famous historical places Self check-in: the keys will be waiting for you in their secure boxes, you can arrive whenever you want as soon as the apartment is ready Kitchen: -> Combined oven/grill/microwave, -> induction stove, -> electric range hood, -> Dolce Gusto coffee maker, -> kettle, -> dishes, cookware and utensils, -> dish towels. Bedroom/office area: -> air conditioning (set at 24 degrees summer and winter, remote control not included), -> real 140 cm bed and nightstands, -> extra pillows and bed linens, -> flat-screen TV, -> wifi -> large closet with mirror doors -> iron. The 140 x 90 walk-in shower with 30 cm x 30 cm square shower head and its ambient lights will not leave you indifferent! -> Hairdryer, -> towels. The supermarket on the square is open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day. First floor, no elevator. Design and cozy apartment, very near from both metro lines and airport shuttle in the chic and connected area of Saint Aubin. Ideal for a couple, linen supplied, arrival/departure at any time (when the previous traveler has already left), maximum flexibility with our system of key boxes! This studio on the first floor of a typical Toulousian building was renovated very recently in 2020, by our care. Kitchen: -> combined oven-microwave,> -> Dolce Gusto, -> kettle, -> and kitchen utensils will allow you to cook as you would at home. Room/office: -> real bed 140 cm, -> air conditioning (24 degrees) -> wifi -> big closet with mirror doors, -> iron. Italian-style shower 140 x 90 cm, -> hairdryer, -> bathroom linen. First floor, no elevator. Other things to note We'll arrange it so you can pick up the keys at any time of the day or night :-) The "service" fee is a non-waivable fee for each booking and is only used to change sheets and towels and provide welcome products. Thank you for emptying the trash, washing and putting away the dishes, and returning the apartment to the condition it was in. Our sheets, mattress covers, and towels come out of the washing machine, but it may happen that a hair remains attached to the fabric, or that we have not noticed a stain...
