From the upper floor there is an exit to two peaceful terraces with panoramic views over the sea. From the kitchen, there is a direct exit to a cozy orangery with a pizza oven and dining areas. On the lower floor there are 4 bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms. From the lower floor there is direct access to two terraces as well as the cozy garden and private bathing jetty.
