Bienvenue la Nature! Accommodation with private access

In an absolute top location, very quiet and right next to the nature reserve - our sustainably organized house invites you to relax! From here you can also get to Hamburg as well as to the seas (North Sea and Baltic Sea). The guest area has its own access from the garden side. The park-like property 🏞 with a large natural pond🦆, raised beds🥒, chickens🐓, play area🛝, house beach 🏝 and stream💦 creates a great quality of stay that we as owners enjoy every day. ❤️😊 The space Our guest area with a total of two separate rooms has its own access (from the garden side) as well as a shower / toilet and fully equipped kitchen. It is a cozy 40 square meters. Both bedrooms have identical beds (1.60 x 2.00 m). Space for laundry is in a large dresser, the drawers of the beds and the wardrobe in the hallway. A large folding table with 4 chairs can be used for dining. In the other bedroom there is a small glass desk - in the outdoor area there are also numerous seats available that can be used as desired. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave and oven as well as many shelves, coffee maker / kettle and utensils. Linens and towels are provided. In the garden, all seating and toys can be used. Chickens and ducks can be fed after consultation. The entire property is 100% powered by renewable energy. Solar system and heat pump provide the energy, which can also be "refueled" via our wallbox. The circular economy also continues to work in the area of property management. We will gladly introduce the concept. Free parking spaces (4 in front of the garage and more directly on the street) are abundantly available. Many shopping facilities are easily accessible. The city has a pedestrian zone. The center of the "Rose City" is a 10-minute walk away. Parking is free throughout the city! Excursions to the North Sea and the Baltic Sea or to Hamburg are super possible. The train to Hamburg main station departs, for example, from Tornesch (here free Park and Ride parking!) in only 25 minutes, to Hamburg-Altona in 18 minutes. We have also provided a guidebook for our guests with many tips from our guests. A walk through the directly adjacent local recreation area Langes Tannen to the Mühlencafé is almost a must.
