Prince Barn is a tranquil three bedroom, three bathroom barn conversion, situated on the larger complex of Goodlake Barns. This well-equipped barn, complete with original exposed beams and Cotswold stone exterior is nestled in the quiet countryside, only a short distance from the Cotswolds and Oxford, where you can enjoy plenty of family friendly activities and soak up local history and architecture. The space Prince Barn is a light and spacious self-catering holiday cottage in the Cotswolds, part of the stunning Goodlake Barns complex in the Great British countryside near Faringdon. The barn offers luxury accommodation for 6 guests in three separate bedrooms arranged across 2 floors. You will find a range of amenities in the nearby market town of Faringdon which is only 3 miles away and there is a wide range of places to visit including Blenheim Palace, Oxford, the iconic Uffington White Horse, and of course the beautiful Cotswolds is on the doorstep. There is a central hub that is a flexible space and can be hired for dinner or meetings depending on your group's needs. The hub is big enough to seat everyone together if booking more than one barn. Please note that the hub is only available on request. If you are looking for a large group booking for more than 6 guests, perhaps for a family or friends gathering, then please consider the entire Goodlake Barns complex. Accommodation This three bedroom Cotswold holiday cottage in Shellingford is perfectly suited for those looking to get together with family and friends, exploring the local countryside and eateries. There is also a communal lawn area. Plenty of private parking available on site. Those enjoying walking will really enjoy Goodlake Barns and its setting close to the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Beauty and the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding and the chance to climb to the Uffington White Horse. Guest access Guest access details will be provided in the welcome letter. Other things to note The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 3 additional infants (aged 2 or under) Bed linen and towels are provided Off street parking is available for up to 1 car in the courtyard, with additional overspill parking nearby 1 travel cot and 1 highchair are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided) Sorry, no pets Free WiFi Mobile phone reception quality depends on provider Smart TV with Apps (guests to use their own login details) Charcoal BBQ is available for the barn complex, please be considerate of other guests.(guests are responsible for providing charcoal and cleaning BBQ after use) Gas central heating system, with underfloor heating in the living space The barns share an enclosed communal courtyard space and communal lawn area The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property Things to Note... Hen and Stag parties are not permitted, though other same sex groups can enquire Events are not permitted without prior consent A security deposit is required at this property Check in is from 17:00 and check out is by 10:00 Charging electric vehicles at this property is not permitted
