A beautiful place on the river Lek with sauna!

A beautiful guest house 🏡 on the river Lek with a wonderful outdoor area aimed at connecting with each other and nature🌳. Centrally located in the green 💚 heart of the Netherlands. Be welcome to come after a city trip, walk or bike ride to relax on the sofa by the stove or to cook alfresco together to then end the day after a good glass of wine in the sauna! In short, a beautiful place ❤️ to breathe and connect with each other and now🍀. The space It is centrally located from major cities such as: - Amsterdam - The Hague - Rotterdam - Utrecht - Gouda - Delft With sandy beaches, nature and picturesque places such as Vlist, Bergambacht, Schoonhoven (the Zilverstad), Nieuwpoort and Kinderdijk with its many mills in the immediate vicinity. The Chalet is located in our backyard of 1200m2 with all kinds of fruit trees and a beautiful large chestnut tree where you will experience all the privacy. Our house is a dike house from 1880 with a thatched roof by the river Lek. From where you can enjoy hiking and biking over the dyke. The Chalet is different from other with a unique concept and an open layout. It has a cozy indoor space of 18m2 with adjoining an outdoor kitchen and outdoor house room of also 18m2. It is winter proof insulated with underfloor heating. It has an open walk-in shower and toilet. The toilet comes from Japan with heated glasses, bidet and hair dryer function 😂 always good for hilarity and warm buttocks. The outdoor kitchen contains: - Cooking facilities - Combi microwave/oven - Fridge with freezer compartment - drip coffee machine - Kettle - Dishwasher The warm rugs, wood-fired stove and patio heater make it a pleasant experience even on colder days. Furthermore, the following is present in the Chalet: -soap and shampoo - Coffee - Thee - Linens - Cutlery, plates, bowls and pans - Seasoning If you need anything else, you can ask and borrow from our own kitchen. There are two simple 🚲 mountain bikes and two supboards available 🏄🏼 for free. There is also a Tandem bike that can be borrowed free of charge for a great experience together. Sports area with weights, a dumbbell and boxing facilities. For relaxation there is a small but nice three-person sauna that can get hot and a cold outdoor shower. Guest access Fire may be made under the veranda in the outdoor stove (preferably bring your own wood, but it is available for a fee). The front porch includes a patio heater and full outdoor kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator and oven/microwave. Also there is a 6 meter high swing in the Chestnut tree and a trampoline to be a child again:-). There is a sports place with dumbbell, punching bag and weights that may be used. There are two paddleboards, a tandem bike and mountain bikes to borrow. Other things to note Free parking in private parking space. Two mountain bikes are available free of charge. A tandem bicycle is available for free. Always good for a laugh and a great experience together on the bike. Wood is available for a fee. You are allowed to bring your own.
