Pets welcome, it's a delightful base for your adventures. Conciergerie available. Note: It's nestled on the second floor of a quaint fisherman's house, so location may not suit everyone. The space Enter the Shell and discover the living room. 2 convertible sofas, one 140X190 and the second 90X190 will ensure you a quality sleep. ALL LINEN IS PROVIDED, all you have to do is unfold the sofa to get settled. A storage space equipped with a wardrobe and its hangers and 2 shelves, as well as 2 shoe cabinets will allow you to store all your belongings. The coffee table will allow you to gather around a board game or an aperitif! A large library with books and information on the region as well as a connected television and WI-Fi will allow you to entertain yourself. The bathroom, small but functional, is equipped with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with an illuminating mirror and a WC. A towel dryer and a hair dryer are at your disposal. ALL LINEN IS PROVIDED. To get your stay off to a good start, we provide you with some hygiene products and cleaning products. At your disposal, small table and iron, drying rack and pins. The kitchen open to the living space is fully equipped: Table top fridge, 2 hotplates with hood, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils including seafood cutlery ! To get your stay off to a good start, we provide some consumables (coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, etc.) and cleaning products. For your meals, on the kitchen side a counter and its two stools and on the living room side a small folding table with 2 chairs and 2 stools. For your pet, a cushion and two bowls will be available. For our youngest travelers, a hanging high chair will be installed on the counter. Everything you need is provided in our studio, including cleaning equipment. You just have to put down your suitcases to enjoy the region! Welcome ! Guest access The stairs in the building leading to the second floor are a bit steep. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PERSONS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY. Cancale can be visited on foot! The nearest free car park is about 500m by footpath, 1km by road. It is located at the top of Cancale, the walk to get there is a bit steep (not recommended for people with reduced mobility), but the panoramic view is worth the detour! The rest of the parking in Cancale is chargeable 365 days a year: €1.30 / hour from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. from November 16 to March 31 €1.70 / hour from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. from April 1 to November 15. Packages are available for barrier car parks located just in front of the house: 8€/24H or 38€/week from November 16 to March 31. €11/24H or €52/week from April 1 to November 15. In order to facilitate your arrival, and to avoid queuing at the parking office, we suggest that you pre-purchase your parking badge (valid only in barrier parking). You will find your badge in the accommodation when you arrive. This service, charged at €8, must be reserved 72 hours before your arrival. We'll send you an Airbnb link to process payment. For last minute reservations, the service will be offered depending on our availability.
